At 50 years old, Ye Wen looks decades younger—more like someone in their 20s. Boasting a seemingly flawless complexion with wrinkle-free skin, the Xinyang City, China-based athlete is proud of her physical strength and youthful physique. She has shared fitness selfies that feature her weightlifting, practicing Pilates, and rock climbing, which are all part of her rigorous routine.

Wen began her intense fitness regimen at the age of 30 with daily swimming. Initially interested in keeping healthy, she has continued the sport all these years—including across the straits of Malacca, with hopes of conquering the Han River in South Korea.
