Binder clips are quite useful for holding packs of paper together, but artist Peter Bristol had a different vision for this handy office device. Using the black and silver as inspiration, the designer produced this Clip Bag, a playful reinterpretation of the original.
Created out of wool felt and aluminum tubing, this creative handbag can hold much more than just a few sheets of paper. The large fashionable design is a playful accessory, and Bristol says, “The binder icon functions so well as a bag you can almost take it seriously.” The silver handles fold down to give access to the main bag, which snaps together from the inside. The concept was formulated several years ago and Bristol just recently released the idea and is currently in search of a manufacturer.
