There are so many different types of little LEGO people, from construction workers to chefs to sailors, and creative consulting firm Acrylicize found a perfect new way to put those little guys to use. The art collective and consulting agency’s main specialty is producing unique interior art schemes that add value to an individual space. When the company was approached by Qubic Tax to develop two installations on this theme of ‘tax’, they immediately accepted the challenge and put their heads together to figure out the best way to visually represent the regular payments that pretty much everyone makes to the government each year.
Of the two designs developed for the project, this LEGO people wall will immediately capture your attention. The piece is filled with various characters who represent the general population and all of the different jobs that people perform daily. Regardless of your employment, everyone is required to (and most people do) pay taxes, and this idea is illustrated through the 1,200 perfectly spaced small toys. As much as the concept of taxes can be a bit serious, this installation adds a playful mood to the office and would definitely be a fun piece of art to walk past every day!
