Daniel Danger, an illustrator and printmaker working out of New England, hopes that his work will attempt to “remind you of something you may have said to someone, or something someone may have said to you; back in that time period thats just too far away to remember clearly, but not so long ago you forgot about it completely.”
While Danger’s paintings are very dark and somber, they are also stunning and almost Tim Burton-esque. Working with only three colors, black, white and “other,” Danger makes great use of shadow to create paintings that are a far cry from boring.
