Sometimes mother nature has the ability to astonish us with its natural allure and other times we’re left flabbergasted by constructed structures. However, perhaps most appealing are man-made designs that work with and beautifully complement nature. The Xiying Rainbow Bridge in Penghu, Taiwan is one such design that truly shines, both literally and figuratively. At night, this walkway transforms into more than your average overpass. Neon lights affixed to the side of the bridge illuminate the water, below, following a rainbow’s spectrum of colors. The remarkable sight is truly breathtaking.
