Teardrop-Shaped Camping Trailer Is Designed for Outdoor Adventures Off the Grid

Vistabule Camping Trailer

Designed by Burt Taylor, the Vistabule is a teardrop-shaped trailer that has been around since the 1930s, and were originally used by travelers during the Great Depression, in search of greener pastures. From its first design, the Vistabule has since evolved into a Space-Age, fully-customizable, adorably-sized camping trailer.

Described as “a room with a view, a window to the world,” the Vistabule’s huge, frontal windows offer stunning panoramic views. At a total body length of 14 feet, they may be small, but there’s enough space for a queen-sized sofa-bed, a kitchenette, and storage space. The kitchenette features a sink with running water, a two-burner stove, and enough storage for your pots, pans, and spices.

The Vestibule is not only packed with space-saving features, but thoughtful, practical touches as well. For example, the additional side and porthole windows pop open to let in the breeze, but also keep out the bugs, thanks to handy integrated screens. And when it’s meal time, you can find fold-out tables on the Vistabule’s doors, in addition to a pop-up floor-mounted table.

Ready for an adventure? You can customize your own Vistabule via the company’s website.
