By his side is Lauren Bullen, another travel junkie who also captures the beauty of faraway places through her Instagram. Together, Morris and Bullen are a power couple; between the two of them, they’ve got over 3.2 million followers! Take one look at their feeds and you’ll see why. Their photos are elegantly composed and have a style of editing that make them feel like a sun-soaked dream.
Morris and Bullen are fortunate to turn their traveling into a viable—and lucrative—income. If you’ve ever wondered how people like them do it, Morris offers insight on his website, Do You Travel. So, how do they make money on Instagram? “Brands / tourism boards pay me to promote their product or their location on Instagram,” Morris writes. This can be as much as $9K per Instagram post, with a minimum of $3K.
To achieve this signature, vintage-inspired look to their photos, Morris uses specific (and secret) Adobe Lightroom settings. Everything is edited on his computer and then transferred to a phone for posting.
