What’s better than photos of darling dogs? Why, photos of darling dogs when they were puppies, of course! In a too-cute trend that is sweeping the Internet, doting dog parents have been sharing then and now puppy photos, showing their precious pooches all grown up and still just as cute as ever.
At first glance, the differences—including obvious growth spurts and fluff-to-fur transformations—between the pint-sized pups and the dapper dogs they have become are striking. However, upon closer inspection, many of the side-by-side comparisons show that some things never change. From unchanged expressions and distinctive markings to lifelong animal pals and old favorite toys, these precious pooches are the same puppies their humans fell in love with years ago. Whether totally recognizable or a bit more difficult to discern, however, each picture-perfect pair of photographs proves one thing: man’s best friend is adorable at any age.
