These edible structures may be made out of simple items that you can find at your local grocery store, but the symmetrical, finished product is anything but ordinary. Kaplan utilizes his past experience in still life photography to get the lighting just right, capturing the intricate details of each of his incredible, architecture constructs. He completely transforms common foods into mesmerizing works of art for his Pits and Pyramids series.
