German photographer Christoph Schaller captures the delicate beauty of a fragile, young woman on the beach. He manages to turn her vulnerability into an appealing, almost seductive, mode of beauty. Like her open-air environment, the anonymous young woman exudes a refreshingly youthful sense of freedom. Her solitude could have easily translated into loneliness, but Schaller’s images are more reflective of inner peace and a liberating release in nature.
