22-year-old Malika Mnard of Normandy was recently crowned Miss France 2010. The 63rd Miss France pageant was held in Nice on December 5th, 2009. For the first time since 1987, a public vote decided the winner. “Being Miss France means giving love to people, happiness. I want to be a sympathetic Miss,” said Menard, a third-year law student.
