On display at the Utah Museum of Contemporary Art until February 23 are Megan Geckler’s new site-specific installations constructed with her signature material – flagging tape. Using careful mathematical calculations, she transforms the space with bright bursts of color. The show, titled “No chance to move backwards and see,” draws from geometric illusionism and principles of design. Not only will visitors get to see several of her modular sculptural works, they’ll also come face to face with her beautiful woven wall mural.
