Manhattan Bridge Projection Mapping

Projection mapping is always a thrill to watch. This time around, the Manhattan Bridge was used as the backdrop for a large-scale video art exhibit as part of the DUMBO Arts Festival, which took place a few weeks ago. The project, entitled Immersive Surfaces, presents over a dozen video pieces from an international group of artists.

The featured video, “As Above, So Below,” comes from Light Harvest Studio and is sponsored by SenovvA. The projection, spans the bridge’s 30,000 square foot anchorage and allows viewers to experience their surroundings in a whole new way.
