Frederique Morrel is a talented French designer who creates beautifully unique tapestry on deer sculptures! She uses polyurethane taxidermy molds, covers them in vintage needlework and then finishes them all off with real antlers. Morrel was moved to create these after she found out that her deceased grandmothers’s needlepoint was accidentally thrown away. This led to the launch of a line of products based solely on vintage and recycled material. Upon close examination, you’ll notice a story of the idealized life stitched together on top of the sculptures.
