Have you ever wanted to flip a fixer-upper? If so, House Flipper is here to make your renovation dream a (virtual) reality.
This creative computer game allows users to “buy” abodes in desperate need of repair. Armed with a pretend balance and a selection of handy tools, the amateur builder must “hammer, drill, nail down, screw, and do what needs to be done to mount, fix or clean up stuff” to transform the run-down residence into a money-making home.
As “the ultimate goal of house flipping business is profit,” the grand finale of the game is selling the house. However, one of House Flipper’s many perks is that it’s completely customizable. On top of the optional step of selling the house, users can pick and choose their projects, tailoring the experience to their interests.
Since making its grand debut in May, the game has proven extremely popular with gamers and home repair enthusiasts alike. If you’d like to hop on the House Flipper bandwagon, you can purchase it on Steam for $19.99.
The House Flipper game lets you purchase and renovate your own fixer-upper.
Each house is in need of a lot of work…
…which is where the fun begins!
Once you’ve restored your home, you can sell it—and start the process all over again!
