Google’s Flipper: A Visual Version of the News

For those of you who like to get your news from Google, you’ll be happy to hear that they’re about to launch a new Google Labs project called Flipper. It promises to be a more visual way to read the news. You’ll be able to browse by sections, sources, keywords, and by elements such as “most popular” and “recommended.” Also, Flipper will pull in full articles from news sites, not just links. I’m all about user experience so this will be a welcome treat! Here’s a larger picture.
