With Moammar Gaddafi’s brutal reign surely coming to an end, Tim O’Brien created this brilliant political illustration for TIME magazine. Apparently, the drawing needed to be more subtle since he’s not completely out of power just yet. You may also remember seeing O’Brien’s X-ed out Osama bin Laden cover for the magazine some time back.
