Bird's Eye View of City Life

Hungarian-born photographer Adam Magyar shows us what it’s like to have a bird’s eye view of city life. For his series Squares, Magyar observed thousands of people bustling in central urban spaces. He photographed in New York all the way to Tokyo to capture the art that lies in the city. To create these wonderful photos, Magyar combined hundreds of photos of people walking at a close range. By zooming out, he’s created this clever illusion which gives the appearance of an overflowing, but orderly, town square. What brilliance!
