Photographer Bai Heng-yao captures stunning images of fog as it rolls across the city of Taipei, Taiwan. His multiple-exposure photos reveal nebulous clouds and starry expanses illuminated by a surreal color spectrum. As the sun rises, Heng-yao turns his lens to Taipei’s horizon, to document the smudged pastel rainbow of city lights outlined against the mountainous terrain.
