White Sea Coral Made of Pinholes

While at first glance this poster looks just like a pretty painting or illustration of white sea coral, look a little closer and a surprise awaits. Russia-based paper artist Anatoly Vorobyev of Papercutout created the sea coral out of hundreds of tiny pinholes. Gorgeous, isn’t it? Looks so delicate. You can buy the poster at Etsy for $29.

“The inspiration was a small piece of white coral and his amazing texture,” Vorobyev tells us. “The paper and pinholes went well for the simulation of holes on the surface of the coral.”
