Dev Harlan creates extraordinary light installations, the newest of which is titled “Parmenides I.” The impressive 8 foot diameter sculpture acts as a display for the light projections cast upon it. This causes a rather hypnotic effect as you watch the colors change, pulsate, rotate and vanish. It premiered at the Christopher Henry Gallery as part of a solo show entitled “The Astral Flight Hanger.”
