240-Square-Foot Tiny Home Designed to Bring Modern Luxury to Wherever You Go

Tiny homes have taken the world by storm, and we’re fascinated with their ability to make a minimal amount of square footage feel like an open and airy living space. The Alpha Tiny Home designed by New Frontier Tiny Homes showcases just how many features can be integrated into a trailer-style abode that can go anywhere.

New Frontier packed a lot luxury into 240 square feet. Set on wheels, the exterior boasts large glass windows with shou sugi ban cedar siding and a mechanical seam metal roof. For outdoor entertaining and relaxing, there’s a fold-down deck and awning with a tempered-glass garage door.

The interior is where this home truly shines—like so many small spaces, it uses multi-functionality to increase storage while maximizing living area. This includes a system combined with the stairs. To use it, simply pull on the steps and large drawers with an eight-person dining table are revealed—a ladder for the lofted bedroom is tucked into there, too. The stairs, like the rest of the living space, has hardwood flooring. Reclaimed barn wood lines the walls and ceiling, adding a touch of modern to its rustic roots.

A step-up kitchen offers the same benefits as one in a conventional home. The latest appliances (such as an induction cook top, fridge, and dishwasher), stainless steel sink, and plenty of above-head storage is a welcome sight to most cooks. Similarly, the bathroom has the same caliber of amenities including a jacuzzi tub, shower, and composting toilet.

New Frontier sells their tiny home starting at $95,000 for the base-line features. See what those look like, below.
