Barend Hemmes creates the most badass designer bikes you’ve ever seen! Taking inspiration from logos, he’s so far created two works of art, the Charging Bull and the Jaguar. As Barend states “These concepts are my artistic representation of the logos and in no way do I wish to deface or ridicule them. I am just showing that it’s possible to use each logo in a unique way and to incorporate them into a functional piece of machinery.”
If you watch this video, you’ll be surprised to find out that he actually buys his parts on ebay. A true labour of love, Barend admits that he had no experience in building a motorbike. In fact, the concept of designing motorcycles based on iconic logos lived only on paper before he brought his ideas to fruition. How inspirational.
