This post is brought to you by Saab. At Saab, we believe in independent thinking. It’s in everything we do. Learn more here.
When Saab asked us to cover the San Francisco International Film Festival this year, we jumped at the chance! As the longest-running film festival in America, the SFIFF is a historic two week event filled with 150 film screenings as well as industry panel discussions and star-studded award shows. Did you know that more than a whopping 80,000 people attend this festival?
Over the next week or so, we’ll be reporting from San Francisco as we review movies, interview actors and attend award shows. We’ll be your eyes and ears on the ground, giving you a rare, sneak-peek look at what goes on behind the scenes.
Tonight, we’re going to start it all off by attending the SFIFF opening night film Beginners by acclaimed director Mike Mills and starring Ewan McGregor, Christopher Plummer and Melanie Laurent. (How awesome is that cast?) We’ll even be interviewing Mr. Ewan McGregor himself so watch for that post in the next few days!
